I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, and I adored the corner room with a fantastic downtown view. The cleanliness was top-notch, although I found the additional $35/night charge for parking a bit overpriced considering it's across the street or next door.

While the rooms were large, clean, and well-appointed, I was disappointed to learn that my room had been given to another guest instead of me. The price paid didn't match the experience. I appreciated the eco-friendly approach of opting into turn-down service rather than automatic changes. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to friendly staff like Jordan and Joe who went out of their way to make my stay welcoming. The location was ideal, allowing me to easily explore downtown and Little Italy. Dining was a bit pricey for what was offered, but the food was delicious. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic with a cozy window seat, a spacious king bed, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The walk-in shower with a rain shower head was a nice touch. The location was superb, being downtown and close to Santa Fe station and other transport stops. The service was top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options.
